The United Nations recognizes the International Day of the Girl, as a day when groups come together under the shared goal of supporting opportunities for girls everywhere.
Girls Inc. of Tarrant County celebrates Day of the Girl with an annual celebration where Tarrant County families will enjoy a one-of-a kind outdoor experience that showcases youth entrepreneurs, community vendors, high school drumlines, and a girl-led pep rally with our city leaders to inspire and unite our community in advocacy for girls.
The event brings out more than 1,000 youth and adults as our girls come together with the community to celebrate their day!
