Our Shining Star is...

Team 5G recently submitted a business plan to National Girls Inc. for the Corporate Camp for Entrepreneurs Competition, winning a trip to New York City to meet with executives and business leaders. The team created an innovative product that will enhance the safety of runners and athletes while exercising alone. The creation of their idea is a team effort and the presentation will include an in-depth look into their product, marketing strategies, financial plans, sales plans and more.
Team members, pictured from left to right, are: Shyann Rivera, Selena Ponce, Alexandra Aguirre, Cynthia Gomez, and Melissa Aguirre. All of the girls participate in the Girls Inc. program on the Northside of Fort Worth and attend Trimble Tech or Northside High schools.
